Tracy, I have watched long enough, and cannot watch you break the hearts of your family, whom I love, any longer. You are a liar plain and simple, you were never a devout member of Christ's Church. The first time I met you, more then three years before you even started thinking of leaving the Chruch I a boy of only 16 at the time recognized and prophesied about you leaving the church. I told this only to my Mom at the time, but afterwards I told T___ and J__ (editor's note: my sons), they both talked to my Mom and know that I do not make it up. I saw through you then and I see through you now. You have never liked me because of the truth in me, and have always had wickedness and guile in your heart. If your purposes were pure you would be as your [ex-] husband, and I refer to S___, you would not feel the need to constantly attack with half truths and lies. Nor would you sensationalize the truths. You say you are defending your faith, but to defend you must have first been attacked, this you have not done.
I prophesy to you now that if you do not repent and come unto Jesus Christ, the True Redeemer, who did not exalt himself as God, but exalted God as above him (disproving the trinity), Who taught that to return to the Father we must follow him (not just believe), Who suffered, died and was ressurected on the third day, that all might live who come unto him, and obey his commandments. That you will be revealed to all and all shall know you as I know you, a spirit bound and captive by the devil. Then shall you be left to continue kicking against the pricks of the spirit in your heart, which testify against you daily, yea hourly. Where for Repent and come unto Christ that you may again and this time fully taste of the goodness of His gospel, who is God , even the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, the God of whom I nor The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, which is His church, know of no other. Yea his our only God, and there are none other beside him. And this testimony shall stand against you at the last day, if ye do not repent. Then shalt thou weep and wail and gnash your teeth at the same God whom ye deny His power and spirit.Amen. If you ask me a question in sincerity concerning His church I will answer it, and I know that he will give me the answers to your questions, and if you are not sincere I will answer them but they shall be to your condemnation. I had to laugh when I first read your email, but I stopped laughing because it is sad that you have been so deceived. Your email just re-confirmed to me what I have always known about you; that you are rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, lacking in social skills, and probably demon-possessed as well. You say I have never liked you because of the truth in you; no, you do err; I have never really liked you because of the above sociopathic traits in your personality. In fact, I believe that’s why you never really liked me, because I could see right through you for the pompous and arrogant person you are.
You speak of prophesying that I would leave the Church. That’s interesting because I “prophesied” that you would not complete your mission. I even told a couple of people that you wouldn’t make it though the two years and that I’d be surprised if you even lasted six months. Guess that makes me a prophetess. So tell me; did they ask you to leave or did you just quit? Either way, it was probably because you could not get along with people.
I normally would not be so blunt and would take care to be polite and unassuming, but since you’ve already set the precedent of attacking my character and judging my heart (in a completely obnoxious and prideful way, I might add), I guess you are giving me permission to be just as frank as you. Can I be frank, Z___? After all, nobody likes a double standard.
You point your finger at me (without justification), but can you honestly claim to be a “devout member of the Church” yourself when you leave your mission early, provide not for your own, exercise “unrighteous dominion,” ”have the spirit of contention,” pick and choose the doctrines you believe in, and God literally knows what else! This is what I’ve concluded from “watching you” over the years. Am I wrong? You will probably say I’m wrong about you. Well, the conclusions you have come to by “watching me” are wrong too. How do you like being wrongfully judged? Or are my observations about you correct?
You tell me that if I were pure I would be as my [ex] husband. That alone tells me you are no prophet! If you knew the deeds that kept S___ from holding a temple recommend for most of his adult life, you would not be saying that. But I will not stoop to defaming S___ or “confessing his sins” to lift myself up. The pureness and honor that S___ now has in his heart is a work of the Holy Spirit in him since leaving Mormonism and becoming a saved Christian.
You presume to speak a word from the Lord, but it is not the Lord Who has put it into your mouth. Be careful with your prophecies; the penalty for false prophets is pretty severe. “Thus saith the Lord God, Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing. They have seen vanity and lying divination, saying, ‘The Lord saith: and the Lord hath not sent them: ....Therefore thus saith the Lord God, because ye have spoken vanity and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Lord God, and my hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity and that divine lies. They shall not be of the assembly of my people. (Ezekiel 13:3, 6, 8, 9)
Do you not know, Z___, that according to Mormon doctrine you cannot get a revelation or prophecy for another person unless you are in authority over them? For example, a bishop cannot get a revelation for a member of someone else’s ward. You are not in priesthood authority over me; therefore, you have not gotten any revelation about me, except possibly from a demon or your own imagination.
In regard to my web site, you state it consists of half-truths and lies. Is that just a wild, desperate accusation or can you point out specific things? If you do have any grounds for disagreeing with anything on my web site, then please back it up with official LDS doctrine and references and not your own opinions. What do you mean by “sensationalizing” the truth? Either what I included on my web site about Mormon teachings is LDS doctrine or it is not. All the LDS teachings were taken from LDS sources. What is there to sensationalize? If it is true, as you claim, then that doctrine should be shouted from the house-tops and revealed to the world, not brushed aside and minimized because it “might scare off potential converts.” Since when has the Real God ever been afraid of public opinion? Oh, that’s right, since “he” restored the church through Joseph Smith. That’s when public opinion and good PR began to matter.
If I was as full of guile and wickedness as you accuse, don’t you think the dozen bishops and half-dozen stake presidents I’ve had over the years would have known that through the “special priesthood mantle” that was over them as ward and stake leaders before calling me to important leadership positions? Or do you think that they were all deceived, but the mighty Z___ has special insight that they didn’t? Get real Z___. You don’t know my heart and have never known my heart. You only pretend to or delude yourself that you do because my beliefs oppose yours.
S___ and my older kids can testify of how diligent I was to teach the LDS gospel and how concerned I was over preparing them for the End Times and the “building of the kingdom.” You don’t know how much I agonized over being sure I was doing the right thing; whenever we got a windfall of money---was I to buy food storage, pay off debt, or get the kids what they needed, because I only wanted to do what the “prophet” said and only wanted to please “heavenly father.” I certainly would not have paid tithes to a church I did not believe in for 26 years. I refused to put even a nickel or penny in a slot machine because I was devout. I didn’t even drink caffeine sodas or watch R-rated movies because I felt the “spirit of the law” indicated I should refrain from that.
If I didn’t really believe it was true, or if I was not devout, I would have left after a bishop’s wife stood up in the middle of the sacrament being passed and with her hands on her hips, she loudly exclaimed, “Well, I’m not going to put up with THIS any more!” And walked out. She thought Q___, J___, T___, and S___ (editor's note: my four oldest kids) were too noisy. In fact, they were actually pretty well-behaved on this one particular Sunday. It was a humiliating experience. I left crying with four kids in tow. But I came back the next week because I thought it was the right thing to do. I went to church alone with the kids for a whole year because S___ had to work Sundays. It was very difficult and stressful, but I did it because I was devout.
On another occasion, about a year and a half before I left the Church, I was teaching a Relief Society lesson on presenting the gospel. I began with an “object lesson” which consisted of a beautiful strawberry cake. I asked if anybody wanted a piece. Several women raised their hands and I reached down into the cake with my hand, grabbed a chunk, and slapped it onto a paper plate (to illustrate that something beautiful can be spoiled by a bad presentation). I handed it to the woman closet to the front; a fairly new black sister in the ward. I went on with the lesson explaining what that was all about. Everyone was laughing except for the woman I gave the cake to. She got up, marched up to me, and slammed me in the side of the face with the cake! The class went dead silent as she ran out crying and swearing. Everyone was mortified. I thought, “Well, I can fall apart or I can finish the lesson.” I wanted to please the Lord, so licking the frosting off my lips and brushing a strawberry out of my eye, I continued with the lesson while one of the ladies cleaned me up as I was speaking. You see, this woman thought I served her the cake in that way because she was black; and because she was so consumed by her own perception, she did not listen to the explanation. That would have been a really good excuse to leave the Church if I had been looking for one.
So don’t give me this crap about me “never being a devout member of the Church.” All you are doing is illustrating your arrogance and ignorance, walking by the lamp of your own conceit. “A fool finds no pleasure in understanding, but delights in airing his own opinions.” (Proverbs 18:2) Only God knows people’s hearts, Z___. Jesus commanded, “Judge not, that ye be not judged.” You judge my heart without knowing it, yet set yourself up as some pure and holy man, plucking an imagined mote out of my eye when there is a beam in your own.
The Bible teaches “The heart is deceitful above all things, who can know it?” (Jeremiah 17:9)That applies to you too. Or do you say you have no sin? John taught, “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8)
You condemn me and “prophesy” against me in the Lord’s name, but I talk with God every day and He never mentioned you, your accusations, or your little prophecy. However, He did tell me to pray for you. Besides speaking to me, He tells me in His word---that’s the Bible, by the way, in case you didn’t know:
I am forgiven (Col. 1:13, 14)
I am saved by grace through faith (Eph. 2:8)
I am justified (Romans 5:1)
I am sanctified (Hebrews 13:12)
I am redeemed from the hand of the enemy (Psalm 107:2)
I am redeemed from the curse of the Law (Galatians 3:13)
I am a new creature 2 (Cor. 5:17)
I am the Temple of the holy Spirit (1 Cor. 6;19)
I am delivered from the power of darkness (Col. 1:13)
I am led by the Spirit of God (Romans 8:14)
I am a Saint (Romans 1:7)
I am an heir of God and joint heir with Jesus (Romans 8:17)
I am holy and without blame before him (1 Peter 1:16)
I am free from condemnation (Romans 8:1)
I am an heir of eternal life (1 John 5:11, 12)
I am healed by His stripes (1 Peter 2:24)
I am exercising my authority over the enemy (Luke 10:19)
I am establishing God’s word here on earth (Matt. 16:19)

I have the peace of god which passes all understanding (Phil. 4:7)
I have been redeemed and forgiven of all my sins. The debt against me has been canceled (Col 1:14)
You see, Z___, I already know who I am and where I stand with God. He tells me this Himself, so why should I take your word over His? Satan is known as the Accuser, and like a thief, he comes to steal, kill, and destroy; including stealing the joy of those who belong to Christ. But I have overcome him through the blood of the Lamb. Jesus is my Advocate. He does not condemn me. Your accusations against me, which are false, come directly from Satan, and I rebuke you in the name of Jesus Christ.
The gospel is not a method or an organization or a set of ordinances. Do you know what the real gospel is? The gospel is the message---Good News---about Jesus Christ. The essence of the gospel is found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4;
Now I am reminding you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you indeed received and in which you also stand.Through it you are also being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. For I handed on to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures;?that he was buried; that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures…
To accept Christ’s gift of salvation through His shed blood on the cross is equivalent with eternal life. For a person to think God’s sacrifice was not enough and that we must add our puny efforts at righteousness to it is blasphemy! Do you actually think that you will look God straight in the eye on Judgment day and tell Him He should let you into heaven because you refrained from drinking Pepsi or ice tea? Or because you paid tithing or went home-teaching? Or because you did good works using His name? Matthew 7:22-23, "'Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’"
To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everybody else, Jesus told this parable:
“Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood up and prayed about himself: God, I thank you that I am not like other men---robbers, evil-doers, adulterers---or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get. But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’ I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted." (Luke 18:9-14)
Or to put it put it a bit differently;
Two people went to a temple and a church to pray. One was a Mormon (you) and the other a Christian (me). The Mormon stood up in theCelestial Room and prayed about himself: "Heavenly Father, I humbly come before thee and thank thee that I was born in the covenant.I thank thee that I am not like other people who don't have the True Gospel---[coffee drinkers, ice tea lovers, and mass murderers]---or even like that ignorant Christian woman I saw standing in her church parking lot on the way here. I fast every month andpay a tithe on all I have (even on the gross). I sustain the leaders (the one’s I agree with), do my home teaching, and volunteer for ward service projects (when I’m not too busy playing video games). I even substitute in the Nursery on occasion. I refrain from Cola drinks, don't see "R" rated movies (publicly), and have no sympathy for apostates, especially for T___'s mom. I thank thee that I am worthy of a temple recommend and eternal life."
But the Christian stood at distance, hesitant to go inside the sanctuary. She would not even look up to heaven, but smote herself on the breast, saying, "God, have mercy on me, a sinner." I tell you that this woman, rather than the man, went home justified before God. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.
You already know the problems of Mormonism; and whether you agree with them or not, you are aware of what the criticisms are. One thing the Mormon gospel is good at is feeding a person’s pride. There is something appealing and self-satisfying about being able to earn the “Celestial Kingdom” through one’s own righteousness. Your reasoning might be this; “The Church does good, so it must be good.”
"There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." (Proverbs 14:12) You have seen the problems of Mormonism, but rather than accept them as evidence that Mormonism is a false religion, you have launched a personal attack on me so that you don’t have to change your views.
You probably adhere to the “8th article of faith” in believing the Bible is not trustworthy, and you have knocked the Christian-Biblical view of the Trinity. If Christianity can be knocked and the Bible can be disputed, then you can continue on a comfortable path shored up by the belief that you’re worthy and if you strictly follow the LDS gospel you’ll find yourself with millions of other Mormons on the right hand of God. And IF by chance Mormonism is not true, you probably think that since you live a pretty good life doing good deeds you’ll still go to heaven. However, the Bible warns that there is no salvation in false gods or false christs. Jesus warned, “If you do not believe that I am the one I claim to be, you will indeed die in your sins" (John 8:24). Jesus did not claim to begin as an “intelligence” who was savvy enough to get to be born as a spirit being, who became valiant enough to qualify as savior, and then “worked out his own salvation” while working out ours as well (a teaching of LDS prophets). Jesus claimed to be God in the flesh. He had no beginning as God because He was always God.
Religion separates man from God. Religion is man’s attempt to put himself into right-standing with God through self-righteousness, which is exactly what Mormonism attempts to do. This is not what the Bible teaches. True salvation comes from putting on (or clothing oneself with) Christ’s righteousness. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh to the Father, but by me.” Notice He did not say “No man cometh unto the Father but through my church (or the “five points of fellowship,” or by being a full tithe-payer, or by wearing special undergarments).” Oh in case you did not know, the “five points of fellowship” was a part of the temple ceremony prior to its re-haul in 1990. Many female temple patrons felt uncomfortable pressing their bodies against a strange man’s body through the “veil.” That’s just one of several politically correct changes made in the endowment (of which the original was supposed to have been given by revelation, never to be changed).
Let me ask you, Z___, if you were to die today, do you absolutely know that you would go to the Celestial Kingdom? Have you gotten your “calling and election made sure?” Have you lived up to all the requirements of the Mormon gospel? Have you committed the same sin twice? Because according to LDS doctrine if you commit the same sin more than once, all the former sins return.
I can testify to you with perfect assurance that I will live with God forever, should I die today, tomorrow, or in 40 years. I have the assurance of my salvation in Christ Jesus. I have the peace that passes all understanding. Can you honestly claim the same thing? Why would I go back to Mormonism like a dog to its vomit, when I have found true salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus alone? The good works I do now are a result of my salvation, not a method of earning my salvation. Do you absolutely KNOW you will make it to the celestial kingdom when you die?
The thing about Mormons in general is that they have no fear of the Lord. They tend to have a kind of buddy-buddy attitude toward God, thinking he will just wink at sin like a benevolent, playful father as we go along the path to godhood. We are admonished in Proverbs 9:10, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.”
This is what the Bible says; 1 Corinthians 6:9, “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.”
So let me ask you; do you keep the Ten Commandments? Have you always obeyed them? Because Jesus said, “For I say unto you, that except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case inherit the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 5:20).
Have you ever told a lie---ever? What would that make you---even if you only lied once in your life? A Liar. We can already see you are a liar by saying that you and the LDS Church know of no other gods! That is not what Joseph Smith, Brigham Young, Joseph Fielding Smith, Gordon Hinckley, and other LDS prophets have taught! If you accept these men as prophets, then you have to accept all their teachings; including blood atonement, Adam-God, eternal polygamy, God and Mary having intercourse, people living on the sun and the moon, and many other doctrines. Are you saying you disagree with them? That would make you a closet apostate. While it’s true that as a Mormon you do not give worship to any god besides the one your church teaches, Mormons believe in the existence of other gods (polytheism. By the way, polytheism is not the worship of many gods; it is the belief in the existence of many gods. The fact that LDS believe they can become gods is also polytheistic).
Have you ever stolen anything---a piece of candy or gum, or something that belonged to your brother or sisters? Anything? What would that make you? A thief. If you deny that, then answer this; did you ever think about it? That would be covetous. Did you ever neck or pet with a girl before marriage? That would be stealing someone’s virtue.
What about adultery? Hear what Jesus said; “But I say unto you, that whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.” Have you ever looked at a good-looking girl in the ward or even now on TV and had a lustful thought? Perhaps you had lustful thoughts toward M___ (editor's note: his wife) when you were dating her. Remember where liars go, Z___. You have the audacity to call me a liar full of wickedness and guile, yet you have no sense of your own sin?
If you’ve answered yes to these questions, you’ve admitted you are a lying, thieving, adulterer! What about the 4th commandment, honoring your father and mother? Do you think it honors them to make them support your wife and two kids? Or did you get a special revelation that you don’t have to work for a living? 1 Timothy 5:8, “But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.” Even your prophets teach that husbands should provide for their own families! Or do you feel that does not apply to you? Do you think it is pleasing to your god to stay home playing video games with teenagers while your poor wife cooks, cleans, and cares for the children? If you loved your wife as yourself (as scripture commands), wouldn’t you be out there “slaying dragons” for her---working to give her her own home, fulfilling her heart’s desires? Or does “holding the priesthood’ give you license to walk all over her?
Do you think you will be able to stand before the throne of a just and holy God on Judgment Day with clean hands and a pure heart? Will you be able to boast of your own works of righteousness? As the prophet Isaiah said, “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses (good deeds) are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away” (Isaiah 64:6). I already know I am a sinner. Jesus came and died for the ungodly. They who are whole need not a physician. That’s why I throw myself on the mercy of Jesus and have been washed clean by His blood.
Z___, do you understand the gravity of your situation, that you are a sinner bound for hell unless you come to the living God of the Bible in humility and repentance? Can you understand that “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God?” (Hebrews 10:31) So “Knowing therefore, the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences…So [I am] Christ’s ambassador, God making His appeal as it were through [me]. [I] beg you for His sake to lay hold of the divine favor and be reconciled to God. For our sake He made Christ to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become the righteousness of God.” (2 Corinthians 5:11, 20-21)
Z___, I am coming to you in the name of Jesus Christ, to persuade you to reconcile yourself to Him. We who have been warned are to warn our neighbors. I consider you my neighbor, Z___, and I beseech you to call upon Almighty God of the Bible and ask Him for forgiveness and salvation; “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23). “For by grace you are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
Paraphrase of (Romans 10:1-10):
“[Z___] my heart's desire and prayer to God for [Mormons] is, that they might be saved.
For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believes.
For Moses describes the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which does those things shall live by them.
But the righteousness which is of faith speaks on this wise, Say not in your heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down [from above]:)
Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
But what says it? The word is nigh you, [even] in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.
For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
The Bible tells us of the state of those who put their trust “in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs, and wonders, and in every sort of evil (polygamy, polytheism, covering up the facts, teaching false gods and doctrines, etc.) that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie, and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth, but have delighted in wickedness.” (2 Thess. 2: 10-11)
There is no salvation in the gospel of Mormonism, which is “another gospel.” (Galatians 1:6-9) Instead of going to the FARMS or FAIR web sites (BYU “scholars” who are basically paid defenders of the LDS Church) to shore up your wavering testimony of Mormonism, perhaps you would do well to read the Bible yourself from cover to cover to see what the True Gospel is. I suggest you get a modern translation, like the New King James, the Amplified Bible (which includes notations from Hebrew and Greek), or the New American Standard Version and study God’s word for yourself. As an easy-to-read reference, The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel documents evidences for the authenticity and inerrancy of the Bible.
It is fruitless to debate the various doctrines and nuances of Mormonism. It’s kind of like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. The bottom line is this; into whose hands are you going to place your eternal salvation; Jesus Christ’s or Joseph Smith’s? I have made my choice and I stand as a witness of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Who is God. As an ambassador of Christ I am calling you to repentance. Turn from Smithism and come to the real Jesus. Deciding right now between the gospel of Jesus and the gospel of Joseph will determine your eternal destiny. Don’t procrastinate!
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
